Good breakfast selection, room was very clean and put together, staff always helpful and available, only issue I had was the heater not being able to get hot but other than that there weren’t any other issues.

Breakfast was limited . Poor lighting in bathroom. 2 towels in bathroom had soiled marks. Need a small table and there was only 1 chair for 2 guests. The elevator was shaky from check in and stopped working 2 days after.

The gentleman at the desk was phenomenal and very friendly the place just needs lots of love. The entire property holds a stench that smells old. The first room I was given a key to had the security lock hanging off the wall so I asked to change rooms which was no issue at all. Second room I was assigned was fine the shower wasn't the cleanest and had visibly and discolored worn spots at the bottom of the tub. For me I would not stay again.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked this hotel from Friday through Monday, and honestly, the condition of the property was terrible from the moment I arrived. The hotel had a very unpleasant smell and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. When I first entered the bathroom, there were urine drops on the toilet seat, which immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my arrival. On Saturday morning, there was a serious water leak in the bathroom. The water spread into the room and left the carpet completely soaked. I contacted the hotel staff and asked to be moved to another room, but I was told that this was not possible. Even after they attempted to dry the area, the carpet remained wet and the room was not in acceptable condition to stay in. I also did not feel safe at this hotel. I was so uncomfortable with the lack of security that I actually slept with an armchair pushed against the door. At that point, I had no reasonable option other than to leave the hotel and book another hotel at my own expense. Between the poor cleanliness, the bad smell, the lack of security, the water leak and the way the situation was handled, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would never stay here again and I absolutely cannot recommend this property.
