The Avalon hotel was very nice, it's an old historic building with some great decor, very unuiqe. Staff was very freindly and very helpful. Hotel is conveinant to a lot of places in St Pet and they also have a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up around town. We will be back to stay here for sure !

The location was so convenient. And it was nice and family friendly and quiet, while still having the convenience of having amenities at Hollander next door. My family and I all agree that we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, easy check in and nice lobby. The room was clean, water was hot and air conditioners were cold. Having a restaurant with a coffee shop next door is a big plus. And walking distance to the shops and restaurants downtown. Would definitely recommend this property for the price.
