Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity. "This is such a beautiful property! It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is elegant and easy! The set up has plenty of space to enjoy! And is is a short walk or taxi to all the island delights! We definitely plan on returning. "

"This place isn't for everyone. It's a little oasis of comfort and quiet, for animal lovers and for those seeking a non-pretentious beach front stay that will have everything you need. I only stayed for 2 days out of my trip, but I regret not staying the entire time. The location, in my opinion, is top notch, and even though you do hear planes during the day, they don't take away from any of the beauty of Simpson Bay and the comfortable atmosphere and relaxation provided by Mary's Boon. "Need better toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, 1 bar of soap for the week and poor hair dryer. Other than that property is clean and well maintained. Beach is about 10p ft from your room. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff was very accommodating. Loved the property res ue dogs. Overall great place just bring your own toiletries and hair dryer."

"This was our first visiting to St. Martin. We stayed over in Simpson Bay the first week and at Oyster Bay the last 4 days of our trip. You will need a car, it's in a very remote area on the East Coast (Atlantic side). The Seaweed is an issue, the smell was aweful and not really able to enjoy the beach. "La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot.
