A home far away from home, truly recommend!!!

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Pierre de soleil! The staff was always available for our requests, they really made us feel like at home!! Our room was very comfortable and clean, services were done every day almost like at a 4* hotel. We'll definitely be back!!

The room was lovely and clean ,bathroom nice air condition spot on , what i didnt like was waiting an hour and a half to get in , no one answered the 2 phone numbers that was printed on the door , booking phone ,number no longer exists. But the room and bathroom couldn't really fault .

The property was easily accessible but parking spaces was limited but available near or walking distance.Staff was friendly,helpful as the heater was not working at first but was quickly fixed.The room was good with facilities like hob,kitchen utensils,fridge, kettle(but little bit rusted),etc but tv was not working.Bathroom was in good condition but shower water was little bit low and no shower gel& tissues.Overall it was a good night stay and would recommend to anyone who want to stay there.

Booked a Deluxe room - no way it is that. Beds made and clean . Lights above bed - 3 of them - all not working , Cups but no spoons , shower weak flow . Reception hardly ever open when we were around - left keys inside door when leaving as nowhere to leave them . Didn't bother about breakfast and never smelt any !! One night came in and stank of cannabis . Bits of furniture lying around outside room. Only positive cheap and defo get what you pay for - and easy to get to bus terminal to get around and lots of places to eat nearby .

It was many ants in the room and they did not clean everything every day and did not bring new towels or new bed sheets either, there was not hot water either but only in the shower it was not. If your looking for a cheap room that you will only sleep in its okey.

Struttura un po' datata al suo interno, andrebbe un po' ringiovanita negli arredi e in generale belle stanze, la colazione sicuramente migliorabile ma piena disponibilità dei proprietari per adattarsi alle nostre richieste. Parcheggiate la macchina non è mai stato un problema perché nei dintorni c'è sempre un posto e comunque è in una posizione strategica x spostarsi verso le più belle spiagge come Golden Bay, Paradays Bay Comino ecc. La pulizia purtroppo punto dolente perché le camere non sono mai state rifatte o cambiate in 8 giorni, solo gli asciugamani a metà soggiorno, veniva giusto svuotato il cestino ma onestamente a una certa calcolando che la camera ci serviva solo x dormire ci siamo un po' adattati ma peccato perché con un po' di investimento potrebbe tornare ad essere una buona struttura

Recepsion sempre chiuso.Anche se il cheeckin era previsto per le 14,l'abbiamo trovato chiuso.(Si doveva chiam per comunicare l'ora dell arrivo) la pulizia lasciava desiderare,le camere nn centravano niente con quelle delle foto sul sito. l'acqua calda no esisteva,quasi fredda Se no fosse per la comodita' in vicinanza dalle fermate di autobus nn l'avrei scelto.

Visste från tidigare kommentarer att rummen verkar skilja sig lite och att vissa är fräschare än andra, men vi valde att chansa ändå då vi ville hålla boendekostnaden nere. Detta är vår upplevelse: Fick ett rum på högsta våningen, tror att det kan ha varit en tidigare hyfsat oanvänd våning då det var ett lager damm över hela. Rummet vi fick kändes som något som jag utan byggkunskap hade kunnat få ihop på en dags arbete, hade det varit i Sverige tror jag inte att det hade varit lagligt att hyra ut det då det stack ut plankor här och var, var fuktskadat golv som kändes som att det skulle ge vika när som helst och uttagen/elen var absolut inte proffesionellt insatt. Det var hår (skägg eller pubis) på lakanet, bad om ett nytt och fick ett direkt, samt en ursäkt för städningen - hon var väldigt hjälpsam. När vi sedan upptäckte att kylskåpet inte funkade fick vi byta rum. Något fräschare (tapeten höll inte på att ramla av i nya rummet). Är man van med fräscha rum (vilket jag är) så kändes det dock fortfarande riktigt sunkigt. Men billigt och vi var bara på rummet för att sova på nätterna, vilket fungerade. Annat: Gatan som det låg på var lite shady, men bara någon gata bort var det mysigt med pubar och affärer. St. Paul’s Bay var allmänt en bra utgångspunkt för att utforska ön. Bra buss-connections till resten av ön, även om bussresorna tog lång tid med tanke på avståndet. Rekommenderar att ta bra skor med och gå mycket - var väldigt mysigt att bara gå längst stigar osv.

Die Rezeption ist nie besetzt und, falls man jemanden erreicht, muss man ca. 45 min warten, bis jemand kommt und man einchecken kann. Ansonsten kommt man nicht rein. Das Zimmer sowie dessen Ausstattung ist vollkommen marode. Kaputte und versiffte Möbel und Wände sowie versiffte Fernbedienung, Ameisen und Schnecken im Zimmer, kein Föhn, kein Zimmerservice, keine Reinigung oder Austausch der fragwürdigen Handtücher, keine richtige Bettdecke sondern nur ein sehr dünner Überzug, wirklich dreckige Zimmer und überall fremde Haare, die Matratze ist so schlecht, dass bereits nach kurzer Zeit die harten Sprungfedern spürbar drücken, die Hälfte der Steckdosen funktioniert nicht, kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche, sehr hellhörig, keinerlei Info bzgl. WLAN Passwort, Frühstück oder Schlüssel für den Zimmersafe, obwohl diese scheinbar angeboten werden. Schon beim Geruch im Treppenhaus hat man keine Lust mehr. Unfassbar schlecht, man fühlt sich als Gast weder wahrgenommen noch respektiert. Müsst Ihr wissen.

Goed: De ligging is goed tov Bugibba square en de zee. Kamer op 3e etage, rustig gelegen in de buurt van dakterras. Eigenaar reageerde snel op berichten. De prijs per nacht is goed. Minder goed: Parkeren is er lastig. Schoonmaak viel tegen. Bij aankomst niet helemaal schoon. Tijdens verblijf zelf moeten vragen of er gepoetst kon worden. Schoonmaakster bleek soms wel geweest maar deed dan weinig. Er is een bad, maar geen stop, dus kun je het bad niet gebruiken. De koelkast stond zo hard dat een blikje bier uit elkaar knalde van de kou. Je kon het niet lager zetten. De wastafel lekt. Op site stond dat er toiletartikelen zouden zijn, maar er is geen zeep of shampoo.

Déçue.

À l'arrivée à l'hôtel, vous devez appeler un N° qui n'existe pas pour qu'une personne vienne vous voir... Nous n'avons pas pu régler notre séjour en CB. Seulement avec PayPal (dont j'attends toujours le remboursement depuis une semaine... suite à un dysfonctionnement. Ou alors... en espèce ! Le propreté est à revoir... Rien n'est à disposition, même pas un petit savon pour se laver les mains... La climatisation nous à réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit suite à un problème d'hélice, certainement... Sur une semaine, le ménage à soit disant été fait une fois. Les draps ont été simplement tirés... Je pense qu'un enfant de 5 ans aurait pu mieux se débrouiller pour un lit !! La poubelle n'a pas été vidée... Conclusion : Un scandale ! Je déconseille.
