"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "From our arrival til our departure, the service at Mount Juilet was impeccable. The Hotel itself is beautiful with spacious well decorated rooms, well thought out amenities and a lovely spa. We both enjoyed massages (some of the best we have had). Meals in The Hound were tasty and well priced. The Saddle bar has a lovely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Sean who offers historical talks on tbe estate on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Looking forward to returning in the future to see...

"The Hoban is a favourite stay when in Kilkenny. Rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food is great. The Hoban, is fairly central to everywhere. Less than 5 minutes to the city centre and its historic castle and medieval churches, never mind the shopping and dining experiences to be had. Just off the main road for Clonmel and also the M9 motorway. Perfect place to stay while not breaking the bank. Comfort, food and welcoming atmosphere. ...

"We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Such a great stay we will definitely be back again. Denise & James. "
