"Excellent location, historic hotel with fantastic views and lovely, spacious rooms. We received an unexpected room upgrade and ended up in a fabulous twin room literally over the waters of Falmouth Harbour! Wish we could stay for a bit longer and enjoy Falmouth (third time visiting for me but always somewhere I want to revisit) and that lovely room! "

"We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. "

"Great position. Our room overlooked the harbour so we had great views. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. It’s close to the main streets as well so ideally situated. Breakfast was great really tasty and ample. We would stay again for sure."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to help you with your requests. I would have given the hotel the full 5 stars on every single aspect but unfortunately, although the bathroom was clean, there were a lot of hair on the floor. The shower took a very long time to get to the right temperature and the water pressure was only a trickle. Hence low score. Sorry. My served breakfast was cold on day 1 but was nice and hot day 2."

"I loved staying at Jacob's Ladder. The rooms are gorgeous and the owners are fabulous. You can walk all over Falmouth from this location. The pub is fun and family friendly. The food is great. My room was very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again!! "

"Lovely stay here for three nights, and would return and recommend to family and friends. Made very welcome. Very clean hotel. Room was lovely and overlooking garden and sea view. Shower in bath that could do with a foot grip as quite slippy once water was under foot, as nearly fell getting out. "Alicia and Clive were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was superb and nice options offered for Evening Meal. Courtesy tray in room was also very comprehensively stocked with different teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Bedroom and Bathroom impeccably clean and ventilation superb. Bed very comfortable.
