"Walking into the hotel everything is beautiful. The location was super convenient for the concerts we were attending and had lots of places to grab a drink or bite to eat within walking distance. Every employee we met was helpful and pleasant. The few cons I have would be that ice machine on my floor didn’t work. The phones in my room and on my floor didn’t work so the only way for me to get ice was to track it down. We were told the rooftop bar opened at 4 pm but they didn’t have ice for at least 30 - 40 minutes after 4 so we couldn’t order drinks. Being on the 7th floor you can hear everything going on in the bars above you. And lastly the worst offense of them all was how dirty our bathroom was. The walls clearly hadn’t been wiped down in quite some time as there 3 different spots of what I assume are period blood on the walls. Overall I think I would stay here again just would lower my expectations of what I am expecting to get."
