"Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor."

"No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had...

"Great location, helpful staff, good secure parking, rooms appointed to a high standard. The only area that let the side down was the breakfast arrangements which, for a seasoned traveller, were very unusual as you had to order everything including a box of cereals, a pot of milk, a yoghurt, a drink etc from the menu and give a list to your waiter. I can understand that arrangement for the main breakfast course which was freshly cooked and to a very high standard but couldn't see why the...

"Lovely simple place, very clean with full breakfast, toast and cereals included. Nothing fancy but perfectly good.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist and bar staff.
Good size room with very comfy bed, bath and shower, hairdryer and blanket. But someone doesn't know how to put a sheet on a bed. Lol
Quiet area - on a Tuesday night. Free parking till 8am one road away on Tyler Ride road.
I would happily come again."

"Ok stay. Nothing special. Our room was at the back of the property opposite the kitchen fan outlet. Needless to say that’s not the best spot. Beds and room were ok for a night. Staff was mostly friendly with a few exceptions where they started talked between themselves in the middle of me ordering…then for me to repeat the order."
