Excellent hotel. Location couldn’t be better. Right in the middle of everything in st Julian’s but far enough away from any noise. The Room was spotless, very comfy bed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Malta. 10/10

The room was lovely and spacious with everything that you could need. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and helpful. We missed breakfast one morning and they still provided us with coffee and croissants. Its a great choice and great location

Great stay at 123 Mainstree Boutique hotel, great sea view and rooms very clean and spacious. Ate there a few times including breakfast and evening meal and food very good. Would recommend this hotel for any one looking to stay in St Julians.

Great place in a great location

Really nice small property with only 9 rooms - room only. New and very well looked after and managed. Super friendly and a great room overlooking the bay, thank you. Will be staying here again.

Nice hotel would definitely book again.

Great new small hotel, very modern & comfortable rooms with nice little quality touches in the room to make it special. Staff are all very friendly welcoming and helpful. Location is great right on Spinola bay but far enough away from the noise. Breakfast was made to order & good, make sure you try the granola , we didn't eat in the restaurant but it was always packed with locals & smelt great so i would advise booking. Loved it there & wish I was still there, hotel & Malta are both great.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a normal room and it was big and very clean. We also had a big balcony, which was great. The breakfast was always delicious.

Nice clean and spacious. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Only short transfer from the airport. Great bus links. Lovely little Georgian restaurant onsite. Staff in both excellent, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Perfect for couples.

Overall it was very very good. They were very helpful and supportive. I would say that the view from the balconies is not as open to the harbour as the photos suggest, especially in the Junior suites. This needs to be made clearer in the online site adverts. Also the noise from the restaurant downstairs can be heard quite a lot in the room. This does go off at exactly 11pm however, and the morning is very peaceful. Overall however, it is a lovely hotel, with very spacious and clean rooms, with a great location and great people running it.

A super intimate hotel. 10 rooms, two on each floor. Beautiful view from the 4th floor of Spinola Bay. Very nice service. They take care of every detail and the comfort of their guests! Thank you!!! There are two European sockets/adapters in the room. They were very useful! Delicious à la carte breakfast. Although the bagels were fantastic, they were baked a little differently every day. But I'm very happy with the taste sensations! Cleaning every day. A very nice lady, she will take care of every detail in the room. Tasty coffee in the room. A useful kettle. Large elegant desk. Balcony with a nice sea view. Fantastic spot!

The 123 Mainstreet Hotell in St. Julian was a great place to stay with excellent service and great service. Please be sure and ask exact location details…while the location is excellent, locating the hotel can be challenging….especially at night.
