A/C and heater were the only things that worked. All the outlets on the headboard side of the bed were dead as was the 2 tables they had plugged into them. There was NO chair to sit on at the computer desk. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. The water in the sink was only HOT, nothing cold and it shot out at a 45 degree angle soaking the side of the sink. The shower only got to lukewarm at best. I had 3 total towels in the bathroom, 1 for the floor after showering, one for my face and one bath towel. It looked like it was 15 years old as it had holes in it. There was NO towel bar (it was broke off) and there was NO toilet paper holder. The security latch was broken, so I propped my cooler in front of it and slept with my 9MM. There was only 1 working light in the bed area. I have stayed in a LOT of hotels in my 60+ years of adulthood. This was by far the worst. An absolute dump.

It's not a good shape. I got a room and it was on the 1st floor and I went in and the smoke alarm was chirping. So I went to the front desk and I told them, and they just gave me a different room which is fine and I moved over a couple of rooms, and I went in there and that place looked like it was under construction. there's no shower curtain, the shower bars, just leaned in the corner. It's really not clean that well. But I was like, I just drove 14 hours. I'm just gonna crash. Get up and leave the next day in the morning. Because I gotta do another 10 hours of driving. So I'm watching TV for a minute and I look down and there's water all over the floor. the building flooded. a line broke somewheres. I don't know wear and it flooded basically flooded that building coming out both sides, you know, because a hotel's built-in a rectangle, it's got rooms on both sides, right? Then they gave me another room in a different building. On the 2nd floor and I had to move all my stuff and I a travel nurse, so I had a lot of stuff that I had to move that I already moved it in, so I had to move it out of where I was and back into the truck and then upstairs and then into a room and I look around and the TV's already on says, no signal on it, the remote is gone. It didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and it past midnight at this point. Red lobster right there so i got a good dinner. The staff were very nice. The building not well maintined. Can't recommend this place.

The room was suppose to be non smoking yet the smoke smell was so bad. The room was dirty, grungy and there were bugs. Booke with Expedia and they were unable to get anyone to answer the phone when they called to get out mi et back Do not recommend ever

At check-in, was told I had to leave a $50 deposit. I had to insist that was not the case, and he finally backed down. I wasn't sure about the location of the room and when I ask for clarification, I had a hard time understanding his English so I asked him to speak slowly and he got mad. After unpacking and getting relaxed, I went to take a shower and there were only washcloths. I had to got outside in some very cold weather and get them. However, all they had were bar towels, I took them anyway. The bed seemed dirty and the floor was dirty. The next morning I checked out and asked for a receipt. Same guy was there and he told me they only e-mail them after a couple hours from check-in. I haven't seen it yet.

Room and buildings were trashed. Waited for towels for a few hours. This place is huge and not many there and had to wait for clean laundry. If I could have got a refund I would have left.

First room they gave me was very dirty..Stained sheets(looked like blood or poop) and nasty looking white blob stains on the floor.Immediately asked for another room or a refund(which I wasn’t able to get due to booking thru an app)and the sheets in that room weren’t very clean either,had lots of hair (pubic and other)all over the sheets and food ON the bedding.Roaches were running all over in the bathroom,the heater didn’t work properly and there were food stains on most of the countertops.Very very gross.The parking lot was also very run down with loads of trash all over.Very bad business.Do NOT recommend a stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I dont think my pet got very comfortable. The bed was made but when I got underneath the covers I could smell the stintch of other bodies. There were clothes left in one of the drawers from another previous guest. Floors not cleaned but fresh towels were put out.

Staff was very nice, and the area was fine. No pet fee was nice. However, the room itself was very dirty. Beds were made, but there was visible dirt on both beds. Floors and walls were also quite dirty. Random screws lying around clearly show the floors were not swept at all before we arrived. The main light was not wired to a switch and had no way to shut it off. Pay $20 more and stay at any other hotel in the area.

Awful and forget towels. They don't even have them in the room. After we checked in and they gave us a dirty room, my husband got another room. Of course not King bed but 2 queens again NO towels. He went back again and asked for towels. He was given 2 hand towels NOT bath towels. The place was disgusting filthy. Last Motel 6 we will ever stay at.

Staff were friendly and polite. Definitely not my favorite thus far this year. However, in a pinch on the road, definitely a viable choice.

Room was not worth the money sheets were dirty and stained. Floor was cut up between sink area and main part. Light didn’t work in the bathroom and less than a quarter roll of toilet paper. The only reason I stayed was I was tired from driving all day. Woke up to the main floor flooding and draining outside. Almost fell on the ice in the parking lot from water running out of the main floor

The room had been flooded before and the floor was coming up. They had never replaced anything in the room after it had happened. The toilet ran all night long and never shut off. There were hairs in the sheets. So none of us slep under covers. I personally came home with bed bug bites all over my body. The second room we rented out for my parents was a little better but still not clean it was suppose to be none smoking in both rooms and they both smelled of smoke horribly. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel needs to be closed down until it gets things taken care of. They need to get things together and make it a better stay. Then when we went to check out my husband gave him his card to use and they charged a different account we had. Not even the account we gave them. So super janky.
