It was private, quaint and great location. Easy walk to city life but uphill after that lol ! Quick drive Quidi Vidi and Torbay coves ! We had our own back yard and our 5 year old and wife loved it.. you don’t see much from the back yard but it’s nice!

The owners Rob and Brenda were delightful and very helpful-suggesting restaurants, making a reservation, etc. The place was very comfortable with a lovely deck and garden. Great location for restaurants and near the water. Prefer this place to the generic hotel I have to move to as part of a tour group!

We were in the basement spot. Because a Keurig coffee machine was provided, I looked for pods . There were none nor any milk or cream for coffee. Not sure about sugar, as I don’t use that. Bathroom had left over hair on floor, from last clients I guess, and a white towel with a dark brown stain. Bed is very soft lumpy. Hostess was pleasant when asked, but not a natural at welcoming people. Location was fabulous for visiting top tourist sites.
