"I was very disappointed that I had to pay for parking and that I had to pay for breakfast most hotels at a complementary breakfast especially a Hilton with the rate you charge for rooms that I really know better than any other hotel and charging for parking I think that’s terrible. I will never stay here again when I come to Saint Augustine I know I can do much better for the price with better amenities."

"Amazing location with super friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was lovely here. Nice beach trolley that stops in front of hotel where there's free parking! Doesn't get better than this folks. Building did feel somewhat dated and could use some TLC throughout, but otherwise a true gem!"

"Probably the worst hotel room I’ve personally stayed in. Desk/ desk lamp table power outlet non-functional, shower handle broken to a state it was nearly inoperable, window drapes left huge openings that allowed very bright lights in all night. Cleaning staff cleaned room once over 5 night stay. Stay away from this one."

"Mattress is very hard and caused my entire body to hurt, as well as my teenage athlete’s body! No breakfast. Dresser had obvious water damage as the outer edge of doors were warped. Doorways are rusted. The hotel was quiet when we stayed. No suspicious activity. Next door to Circle K and Salt Life restaurant. You can walk across the street to the beach. The hotel needs a make over, updated mattresses, and breakfast. But I did not see or smell mold nor did I see bugs. "
