"Staff was extremely courteous from the moment we checked in, they offered me and my partner a room upgrade and a complementary glass of wine. Then, our room had a personalized anniversary card and a small charcuterie tray. It was a beautiful touch. At check out, we asked to store our luggage while we went to grab breakfast.
