"Great place for visits to Norwich - great breakfast"

"My two daughters and I were informed by reception the night before that breakfast would start at a certain time. However, when we arrived the next morning, we were told by the lady behind the bar that because it was a bank holiday, breakfast would open an hour later. While we understood the change, the staff member was very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional in the way she spoke to us. When we said we would report the matter, she replied, “I don’t care.” I later reported this to reception, where both staff members were very apologetic and understanding."

"Great hotel , an old building with a stylish interior . Staff were lovely and friendly, and so helpful. Food inventive and freshly cooked , much better than your average hotel, a real menu, for breakfast, lunch and dinner full of interesting choices - well done chef! "We loved everything about our stay. Check in was easy and the couple that run the bed and breakfast were so friendly and accommodating. The rom was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Within walking distance to city center but there is a bus stop just meters from the lodge. Great experience! Highly recommend!"
