Everything was in order, only the number of mirrors aimed at the bed was confusing, as well as a hole in the bedspread and holes in the mesh on the window; the room is dark.

Great location off QEW. Very quite. Surprisingly no noise from highway. Clean rooms, lots of towels, nice shower tub and firm mattress. Great view of river and birds outside our window. I would highly recommend this motel.

I was expecting not so good with price I paid but surprisingly, everything was excellent. From a smooth check in, very warm and welcoming staff, easy breezy parking, walking distance restaurants, to super clean room! They provided blowdryers, extra pillows, coffee station with hot chocolate packets for those who doesn't drink coffee or in our case - our kids, toiletries, clean white towels, and more!!! Location is so convenient and to add on that is a free parking. Where can we get free nowadays? 5/5 stars for me!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The Inn is located conveniently right off the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The Inn is on a main road that has everything one would need - restaurants, stores, drugstores, etc. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

We stayed at the Capri Inn when we visited St. Catharines for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The motel is very nice - the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The entire inn is no smoking, which is very important to us, although there were provisions for smokers outside in the parking lot. The Capri Inn was very easy to find, immediately adjacent to the Queen Elizabeth Way at Ontario Street, literally the first place you reach when you turn south off the highway. That being said, our room was very quiet, with no highway noise. There is a good sized parking lot, and being a motel it is convenient for bringing luggage into your room. Our view was out behind the inn, overlooking 12 Mile Creek, where we observed a swan, lots of geese, and cormorants, and a resident bunny who was grazing on the grass. The grounds of the inn are very nice, with lots of spring flowers, daffodils and tulips. There is a small park area to the north of the parking lot, with trees and picnic tables - this is where we set up to view the eclipse. The weather was not too great, but fortunately the clouds broke enough to get glimpses, and to see totality. There were a number of guests from the inn who joined us to watch the eclipse. There is complimentary juice and muffins available in the morning. A number of fast food places are nearby on Ontario Street for breakfast. Overall a very nice inn, highly recommended!

Very clean, and very reasonably priced. Great value for the money. Right by the QEW, and yet you hear no road noise while in your room. The rear facing rooms have a water view, and we saw a pair of swans swimming by - ask for a rear facing room on the second floor, if you want the best view - but keep in mind, I do not believe they have an elevator. Many good places to eat at right nearby (Chuck's across the street has very good food). The only thing that they could improve is their WIFI connection. I stayed for three nights, and our service cut in and out. I reported it at check-out, and the manager said she'd have it taken care of. Everything else about the place is excellent, and I've stayed here a half dozen times without any problems. Again, very clean and a great value for your money!

Front desk was super friendly and helpful when we forgot an item in our room. Room was very clean and everything worked. They clean your room every night, which not all hotels have returned to doing post-Covid. Highly recommend.

Had to stay in St.Catherines due to an emergency. The first night stayed at a big name chain hotel which pride itself on being an upper level 4-5 star hotel. The second night I stayed at the Capri for half the price of the big chain. The Capri was not only a better value, it was a better room. Bed was more comfortable. The room was nicely renovated and the grounds and location were great. I would definitely recommend this nice family run business.

Very kind staff and clean room. The Esso station next to it has the best gas price in town.

The TV picture was terrible aside from that worth the money.
