The ship is unique because of its position in mevagissey. The room was not spacious but adequate for our needs. In the bathroom was a fairly new shower which was great apart from there was no place to put your soap or shampoo. The breakfast was cooked to order and like the evening meals were excellent. The pub has been taken over by a lovely couple called Alex and Noah and along with their attentive staff I believe they will make it a great success

First time in Cornwall. Brilliant new owners have just taken over the pub - given a fantastic welcome, really friendly and a great breakfast. Wish them well for the future.

It's a great location and reasonably well finished as a room. As it is a pub in a coastal area I expected local noise and from the pub but they were both quiet. The issue is the deliveries for the pub that started at 5am on both days. Unless you have military grade ear protectors you will be woken up. Stayed for two nights, and booked a room for three but only two of us attended. As gesture I asked the manager for a credit for the two breakfast they would not serve that I paid for as part of the room. I asked if they would give me a credit towards an evening meal if I ate at the restaurant. For two days I was fobbed off by the manager saying she was talking to Expedia. Both times Expedia said it was up to the manager, even on departure she still said she was talking to Expedia when actually just lying to me. All I wanted was a small gesture but clearly too much to ask in this day and age which ended up ruining the experience of staying here.
