Room was clean, parking very safe in front of the room. Perfect location, within walking distance of alot of attractions and restaurants. The trolley stopped right at the lobby every 15 minutes, easy hop on and off to any attractions.

Parking was great! Nice common sitting area under the Old Senator Tree in the middle of the parking area. Met a nice man from Wisconsin and had a great conversation! If you stay in Saint Augustine go to Cap’s on the Water in Vilano Beach - it was a one of a kind seafood place on the water that you will not forget!

Location is perfect with free parking. Rooms need some maintenance but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hvac worked well and was quiet. The general care of the grounds and buildings need attention. Although the pool wasn’t heated it was refreshing and clean.
