"We stayed at the Hilton Resort & Spa 7 nights mid May departing Thursday ahead of Memorial Day weekend and are very satisfied with the experience. The cost was reasonable with minimal hassle from booking through Expedia. Be aware that the hotel will put a hold on your CC greater than what Expedia lists as resort fees. We expected to pay $375 due at the property and they put a hold for $575 or close to it. We did get the balance back a week after departing but the state and resort fees are excessive and could cause frustration if not budgeting for it. We stayed on the 19th floor and we were satisfied with the room a little small, maybe outdated as some have mentioned but we were happy with it. The air-conditioning was fantastic. 59° I have a hard time classifying the hotels resort as there’s not much to do if you’re hanging around the hotel. But if you’re getting out and exploring your right in the center of the action close to the beach and everything you could possibly need. Easy access. We were lucky it wasn’t too busy. Did not have any problems accessing the pool or anything. If it’s really busy, you might be better off finding a place with a larger pool. Starbucks downstairs we didn’t use any of the on-site restaurants. So many good things nearby. They let us do late checkout for 100 bucks. I thought it was reasonable. $80 a night to park a car though is ridiculous. We canceled the rental and use the huli app which was fantastic. Overall very happy with our stay."

"This hotel is very old. Besides paying for absolutely everything, they surprise you with extra charges. For example, they charged me $80 a day for parking, which is more expensive than renting a car. They charged $65 per person per extra day because the hotel is a... When I made the reservation, breakfast was included, but then they charged me $48 per person. And the worst part is that they don't have room service. In the five days I was there, they never changed my bed sheets. The furniture in the room was very old and dilapidated. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, much less the service from the staff."

"We stayed here one night after staying at the Sheraton for 4 and Aulani for 2. This hotel was quite a bit cheaper than especially Aulani so obviously we didnt expect it to be similar but it is definitely a little run down overall and our room smelled musty. Positives- restaurant had good food, pool was decent, and the ocean view from our balcony on 20th floor was insane. If you are on a budget it is a decent pick."
