"I dinged the rating one star on service because they only gave me one small bar of facial soap for a four night stay. I would have expected a new one to be supplied by housekeeping on their daily straightening up visit. Also, the front desk said when I checked in that they would have housekeeping bring a couple firm pillows to the room. That never happened either. On the positive, the location and view are awesome. I loved the ocean view balcony."

"Stayed at the Marriot for 7 nights and it was great! I was a little worried based off of some reviews I read, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. "This hotel was definitely family friendly! Great staff. It took me 2 mins to touch the sand of the beautiful Waikiki beach. McDonalds is just downstairs a few steps away from the hotel. We met a lot of families and had a great time at the hotel. To the cleaning staff- THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING."

"The room was perfect and clean. Interior of the hotel is very pretty and gives a lot of that Hawaii vibe. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Pool was amazing too. Very close to Waikiki beach and the main street, literally 3-4 min walk. Loved everything about staying in that hotel!"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to everything. The staff was superb, especially Joe at check in and Tess at Shor at the breakfast buffet. Thank you for being so kind to us. Our room with the ocean view was beautiful and the mini suite was the best around for the price. The only area needing some work are the repairs that need moved along. The elevators, our room safe, the shower head. But overall is still a great place to stay. "
