"The breakfast was the same as all other hotels but the cleanliness was much better. The room was nice but the doors didn't close quietly (you had to kind of force them to close and the they slammed all night long) there was a $15 dollar charge per day to park your own vehicle and the spots were very limited and tight, I do have a handicap plate and even they were very few and mostly reserved for Dimond members ONLY???"

"Unique, beautiful beachfront property with a manicured lawn and lots of flowers. Comfy, clean, spacious room. (We stayed in the Sail Away room in the cottage) Adults only and only 2 people to a room so it's very quiet. Wonderful staff! Everyone was so friendly and inviting and breakfast was delicious. Perfect place for a couple's getaway. We will definetely be back. This place is a gem!"

"The pull out mattress had brown stains all over it. The first night I called and asked for a mattress topper. After 2hrs of waiting I finally gave up and went to bed. The second night was the same. We waited so long we just went to bed. The third night they brought 4 comforter's instead. I spent a decent amount of money to surprise my son and wife with a great trip. I'm embarrassed the service was so terrible towards us. "

"Condo was small but perfect for a short stay (3-4 days). Beach was wonderful especially at low tide. Hot tub in the facility was great. We ate at many of the great restaurants in St. Augustine so we did not need to use the condo's adequate kitchen facility. Condo was clean when we arrived. "
