The room was very clean and spacious. Although the AC in the room is a bit too loud. Breakfast was alright, although the breakfast crew was amazing! We spent most of our time by the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed it to the most. Loved the easy access to the beach.

Love the location and the facility but the only negative was valet only parking which was a bit inconvenient and with a mandatory fee but free breakfast that had a place for fresh omelets, a sandy beach was great and plus a pool area that was nice.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The hotel’s location and views were fantastic, and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious, though the pillows weren’t very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was decent.

The place overall was just beautiful and laid out well. The food was delicious at the restaurant and the room was perfect. The valley staff was terrific. Front desk person, Amy B., was rude upon our arrival, but the rest of the staff made up for it.

We loved our stay here. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We loved the convenience of the beach loungers and pool set up and having free breakfast every morning was a nice touch! Would stay again and recommend to friends!

The hotel itself was nice, especially the pool and beach access. However, the customer service was disappointing. Some staff members were not very friendly or welcoming, especially for the price we paid. I also noticed very little diversity among the staff, which added to my feeling of not being fully welcomed. Overall, the hotel has some nice features, but the service affected my experience enough that I would not stay here again.

I’m a self proclaimed hotel snob. I’m not super high end but want a clean well maintained place. This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are overly spacious and clean. Outs opened to the patio and was lovely. The cocktail free two drinks was so fun w a nice crowd and really great music! I could have sat there all night but too much to see and do in St Augustine. Hotel felt like a beautiful Caribbean resort. Definitely recommend. Breakfast was great. Lunch options were Mediocre but we ordered in instead one day. And door dash was easy.

The location is great, hotel was clean, complimentary breakfast was nice. Was unplesantly suprised that there is ONLY valey Parkin which is $45 per day. Our room was clean but shower floor are not, there is black hair on the shower floor, did call for housekeeping, we went for dinner when we came back there was a sign that housekeeping were there but shower floor wasn't cleaned. Blanket in the closet was just pushed on the shelf, looks like its been used and no one chanted it after.Contacted front desk-housekeeping just fold same blanket that i left on the floor and put it back in to the closet. this is two thing that i can say was negative.
