"Shower Head and bathtub faucet are dated and move around as though they aren't anchored to the tub enclosure....shower head works fine but bathtub faucet barely let's water out to fill the tub. Also new caulking is definately needed in the bathroom. Wasn't worth the money I paid to stay there, prolly won't again. ROOM 127"

"Place is going under renovations so no bar. Broken shower set up. I mentioned it to housekeeper and a guy did show up to attempt a fix but only temporary fix. He said he has to get authorization to go to Home Depot to get right parts and that was hard to get. So good luck to next person in the room. I had a handicap setup room but wonder why it was on the 4th floor for someone in a wheelchair maybe and if there was a fire. Not the best idea I think. Housekeeper got my towels but had none to replace them. Guess not enough until the laundry was done. I had hung them up to reuse but I guess they don’t follow that practice. Guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I would attempt another stay and maybe renovations would be done next time. "

"Staff was incredible. You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a quick stop on your road trip this is perfect for a family. Sleeps a family of 5 very comfortably and your typical continental breakfast fueled us up to get back on our journey. The staff truly were the nicest people we have encountered on our trip so far. "
