Wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Bed was sooo comfortable and it was a lovely place to stay and so close to Zion entrance. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the porch. In addition the breakfast at Oscar’s was one of the best I ever had.

The property in general is well maintained and has lovely ambiance. I stayed in room 3. The room was very small and had almost nowhere to set anything. The toilet was inside the shower which I assume was done to conserve space. Located very close to the Zion NP entrance. There's also a hiking trail behind the facility. Surrounded by shops and dining options within walking distance. If I stayed here again I would get one of the larger rooms. Keyless entry was very convenient. Free breakfast is provided at a local restaurant, though I did not partake. A good place for a single adult or couple to stay if visiting Zion. Did not appear kid friendly.

Truly, the only hotel I’ve stayed at where I wish I spent more time,.. at the hotel. I was genuinely sad I can only stay one night. The bed was so cozy, and the vibe was on point! This particular place is such a gem.

This property is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for couples that want to unwind after a long day of exploring the park. Air conditioned room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect to visit the park. Leave your car at the property and walk to the shuttle that takes you to all the sightseeing spots. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and stores at a few steps. Breakfast was served at a local restaurant, and it was delicious. I will definitely book again.

The house was cute and in a great location. The kitchen was clean but the trash can was full. There was a cockroach on the stairs when we got there, one later by the back door and again in the morning. Having 1 bathroom located in the master bedroom was very inconvenient for all of us. Bathroom doors didn't leave much for "noise privacy" and no doors on rooms lacked privacy in general.
