Excellent hotel Excellent service Concierge accommodating but hard to communicate with. Amenities outstanding.

Room was beyond expectations! Food was fantastic everywhere we went. The staff are phenomenal, super courteous, friendly, helpful. If you have the option to request a butler, please ask for Junior! Words cannot express how much we appreciated him throughout the stay. He was there for us, checked in regularly, popped up during breakfast, random other spots, almost like he had a tracker on us, just to make sure we were all good! We will definitely miss the Majestic crew, but Junior the most!

I was concerned the service was going to be spotty. My prior experience in Punta Cana was that the staff are generally meh...while they'll help you, it won't always be with a smile. And that's okay...I'm not owed a smile all the time. But when you spend a big wad, you are kind of paying for some smiles. My concerns were stupid...the service at Finest PC was even better than we received at Playa Mujeres. I didn't believe it could be possible, but alas, here I am writing one of my few reviews. Everything was great, except the honey mustard. No lie. That's literally the only complaint from my family of 11 very boughetto travelers. LOL. We are foodies and germaphobes wo insist on traveling. Haha! To understand the delusion, out next trip will be a cruise! A floating petri dish that we will board intentionally. I digress...Finest is the spot for our kind, hands down. They clean before you can dirty. You thought you were gonna slurp down the end of that pina colada, but nope. They already took the glass and brought a new fresh one while you blinked ever so quickly. Dinner service was superior - they know us and what we like. They didnt need to be told every single little common sense thing. If we were all talking and engaged, they just started bringing table apps. I appreciate that kind of intuitive service. The kids didnt have to say "virgin" each and every time. We all had finest club, but that's because of the need" for a menu at breakfast. Otherwise, there's no need for club.
