"Our stay at Tru by Hilton was just okay and didn’t quite meet expectations. One inconvenience was the lack of a microwave in the room, which would have been helpful, especially when traveling with family. Breakfast was available, but the selection was limited compared to what we’ve experienced at other similar hotels. Additionally, we noticed stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing and raised some concerns about overall cleanliness. With a few improvements—particularly in housekeeping and amenities—this could be a better experience, but as it stands, it fell short for us."

"This property at first glance looks well put together. However, there were people lurking in the parking lot, someone left a soda can in the elevator and the hallway to my room was dim. When I entered the room, the door looked like it needed to be replaced, it was a great size but the carpet smelled, the kitchen area looked sketchy and quite frankly I was not about to lay on that bed. I would recommend taking out the carpet and tiling the room, a fresh coat of paint and change the front door. If you’re gonna charge people over $100 a night, it should probably be worth the money. Thank you to the staff for being so polite despite the conditions. "

"This was my second time staying there and I feel like they could not keep up with breakfast. There was a big crowd in there, and the pans were constantly empty; in turn, made the staff really frazzled. "

"I accidentally booked this hotel. I noticed as soon as transaction was complete. I immediately contacted hotels.com, who said they would try to get a refund. The hotel refused. I know the booking was my fault, but usually most businesses offer up more flexibility in situations like these."
