The staff were very friendly. Easy check in/check out. Older, but still clean. The Denny's next door was great, so it was nice having the vouchers for breakfast there. Would stay again.

Hotel Ruby
Hotel Ruby offers a great central location in Spokane. The staff is helpful and courteous, the rooms are clean and the free breakfast offers great choices and the food is great! It is our go to hotel for business trips to Spokane. It is also walking distance to great restaurants.
