Our breakfast choice presented on the buffet Different small breads, brown bread, white bread, fruit bread, croissant, pastries, crispbread, zwieback, Dar-Vida, different homemade jams, local honey, Nutella, Ovomaltine crunchy cream, jams with less sugar, butter, margarine, muesli, different local yoghurts, different Swiss cheeses, cold cuts, local ham, smoked turkey breast, air dried meat, alternately salami or roast beef or country ham, smoked salmon from Scotland with two sauces, cucumber, tomato, fruit salad, fruit basket, different cereals, different seeds, dried fruits, boiled eggs, still and sparkling water, orange juice, fruit juice, apple juice, tomato juice, different teas and Prosecco. Furthermore you can order egg dishes, like omelette, scrambled eggs and fried eggs,accompanied by bacon or ham, which are freshly prepared in the kitchen after taking your order.
