"We stayed on the ground level so easy access to the beach. View is amazing and we were up to see a spectacular sunrise after having a good night sleep on the comfy beds. The staff is helpful and friendly and we were able to get early check-in. I have stayed here many times before and will continue to make this our Parksville stay. "The hotel , the room & the staff were fine. I wasn't very impressed having to pay $50 to check-in early. I had advised them a week before that we were attending a celebration of life that started at noon so they had plenty of time to have the room cleaned first. we were very close to the lobby so it was quite noisy and the ceilings are paper thin so don't stay on the ground floor. "

"The room with 2 double beds had 2 separate rooms for each bed which was unexpected but good for us. Did not use cooking facilities but they looked good. Comfortable beds. Parking outside door. Walked to Port Alberni Brewing Company for supper."
