"We were allowed to leave our bikes in the meeting room next to check in which was helpful. The rambling layout meant a long walk to our room. The decor is aging and fixtures dated but the room and halls were clean. Breakfast was not included in the rate making this stay more expensive than other, more amenable stops on our trip."

"Unique room! Loved it. Unfortunately we got in late in the evening and my husband was sick so we had to leave first thing in the morning to head back home and couldn’t stay the 2nd night. We did not get to use the hot tub unfortunately although it looked beautiful out there. I called an emergency number and the lady was wonderful. "The building was being repaired. Construction went well past 9pm."

"Room was clean , shower was clean. Staff was on their phone while i was checking in and out. Breakfast was non existent. Fruit looked about a week old , very few selections of anything other than toast. Coffee was tolerable. Was an ok spot to stop for a night but I dont think I would book a longer stay. In my honest opinion was over priced for what was offered."

"Great location on the main street of Merrickville and close to restaurants and the Rideau. Quiet in spite of the location and enjoyed the coffee maker each morning. Also appreciated that there was sparkling water and coffee cream in the fridge and the cooking facilities were well organized and equipped."
