"Very clean, excellent breakfast an hosts"

"The hotel is well situated and offers a convenient base for the local area. I would also like to commend the night staff, who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout our stay. However, our experience in Room 11 was deeply unsettling. During the night, my partner was abruptly woken and believed she had been physically touched, which caused her considerable distress. "Misleading information from staff ruined what should have been a simple experience. We were told at reception that our voucher could be used for afternoon tea, then showed it again in the lounge before ordering and were seated without issue. Only at payment were we told it didn’t apply and charged full price, which feels completely unacceptable. Good spacious room with a lovely comfy bed, kettle with tea/coffee etc. hairdryer, toiletries in bathroom. Nice hot shower. We would certainly recommend & will return for another stay. "

"The flat was better than we expected! Smart and well furniszhed. A dedicated off road parking place, good facilities and a great sea view. A heated floor in the bathroom. Nice kitchen area and plenty of utensils. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival so all went smoothly. "
