Overall the property is modern and well-located. However, we could not sleep throughout the night because the people next door had loud music going. We called the front desk around 11:15pm. It seems that the young lady who answered at the front desk did not do much about it because the music continued at various, unpredictable times throughout the night. When it began very loudly again around 4:45am, my husband finally had had enough. He called the front desk and informed the lady who answered that he was about take matters into his own hands and the neighbors would not enjoy his way of handling it. Thank goodness the music stopped then.
Also, the lighting in the room is not great and the churros at the breakfast were stale.
The bottom line here is that the walls are paper thin between rooms and the front desk does not check on noise levels after receiving the first complaint.
