The room was clean, well maintained, and the staff was helpful with any questions I had. The AC was a beautiful thing as it was over 100 with the heat index. Pool was relaxing. Definitely book there again in my next visit.

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled of mildew, the hot water barely worked, and there were insects in the room. The continental breakfast was poor and well below expectations. The only positive was the friendly and helpful staff. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was not much more than a motel 6. It was filthy, old and in much need of repair. There was a roach in the tub which I took a picture of. The safety bar in the tub is hardly attached. The TV only worked using the physical button on the TV. Remote did not work. Couldn't change channel or volume. Breakfast at 8am was cold and old. They could not make more eggs. I couldn't find any help to even get a napkin. Carpets were dirty. Elevator made scary noises and fridge made loud noise all night.

The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.

Staffing was excellent except for a guy that was not dress professional for front desk and he was laidback when I told him the shower curtain was dirty or had mold also the sink was clogged up in the bathroom it was fix the same day thank to the front desk manager breakfast was all pork meats but the other parts was ok I had high expectations for this hotel because I stayed at their Location in Marietta Georgia and I loved it

The room was a handicapped equipped room and didn't have a handicap accessible shower. It was a tub shower which made it pretty hard to get a shower. The sheets were very worn and almost see through in places. The tub in the shower was dirty. Other than that the room was spacious and was adequate for our needs. Breakfast really didn't have an attendant to make sure there was eggs and sausage for the guest. Had to go and track someone down to fill waffle mix etc. Overall the hotel could use some love and updates. Would rate my stay a 3 out of 5.
