"It was the most horrible hotel experience we have ever had!!! In our first room the AC wasn’t working & the staff didn’t know how to run it or fix it. The pillows were flat & the bedspread had holes in it. The toilet seat ring actually had dried poop on it (which I cleaned with wash rag & soap while waiting for AC to start working). Bathroom light fixture was full of dead flies.Floor was sticky/dirty &room had musty icky smell.After 2 hours we requested a new room with working AC (temps outside...

"This is a nice property - safe, clean, easy to get into and out of. All excellent. I give it a 4 for 2 reasons: cost and noise. The room rate was 2x what I would have expected. And, the noise from the upstairs rooms was quite loud. The upstairs guests did quiet down after 10pm; and the builds just not really sound proofed well. I would stay there again. It was very clean."

"Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small buffet with options for toast, muffins, donuts, cereal and yogurt. Fresh and good. My son and his friends loved the pool and slides as well as the hot tub. Bar/restaurant was small but friendly staff and then had a live dealer blackjack table. Overall it was a wonderful stay at a great hotel."

"Room was clean , bed was very comfortable it was a quick stop in as I had an early flight the next morning, great location lots of restaurants with in a 5 min drive . So road construction was happing on the road but even that was easy to get around and the hotel even had there on signage out . Thanks again"

"The employees were fantastic and helpful, the property was a disaster. Parking lot had more potholes than flat surface. The hallway carpet was 20 years beyond replacement and they never vacuumed. The hallway smells like mold from a leaking roof. The first room that we were placed in was nonsmoking. We were in that room for 10 minutes and our t- shirts smelled like we had smoked a pack of cigarettes from absorbing the rooms smell. They put us in another room that was better, but not clean...

"The pictures didn't look like what we encountered. Door clothes hanger fell off twice. THw shower curtain rod was bent so shower curtain always slidmopen while taking a shower."

"I didn't like that we had to pay for breakfast at the "Bistro." When I called regarding charging stations nearby I was told there was one by the "Noodles & Co a short distance away. Tried them and they did not work (both of them). And the front desk did not have any info."
