"They claimed property damage for bed sheet and towel. The charges were excessive at $586 with no notice they kept the 100.00 deposit and made additional charges on my debit card without any notice, conversation nor itemized invoice. I’m very disappointed and chocked to see they drained my account they made multiple charges in attempt to collect the full amount of 586.00 since only declined on first attempt. when I called the property, there were multiple disconnections difficult to get a hold...

"What I like about the room is too clean and very comfortable too much space for a family of four members and not too expensive it has all the amenities and it’s very close to the Airport"

"I had a great stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. Property is a little older but very clean and tidy and well maintained. Liked the location and the fact it had lots of walkable restaurants and stores."

"For check in they couldn't do it with apple pay. Since I was not arrived yet but my wife arrived, They didn't let my wife check in until I arrived. That was a frustrating experience. These days everywhere accept apple pay, if accepting apple-pay is a problem for a business they must clearly notify that and put and even put a consent check mark on the payment page to avoid such a frustrating experience."

"Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Specifically, Simon at the receptionist desk was very helpful when it came to getting us checked in to our rooms when we first arrived. The restaurant staffs were kind as well and free breakfast was included with our stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel being my first stay in Cali and I plan on booking a stay here the next time I visit LA."

"Stayed for Memorial weekend and it was hopping. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and we had a balcony. Never used the pool/hot tub. Very kid-friendly amenities which was not the greatest on our end. The checking-in staff were a bit curt but checkout was friendly. The continental breakfast consisted of one allowable Danish (guarded by staff), muffins, oatmeal, coffee/juice which was nice, but limited. Overall, it was a reasonable option for visiting Solvang."

"My husband and I liked everything about this hotel. The room was large and inviting. The bed was amazing! So comfortable. We had a balcony facing the pool and that was nice having a table and chairs. The breakfast was very good. Each day it was something different. We stayed 3 nights."
