"Parking was easy and convenient, which made things a lot smoother. The room itself was spotless and in great condition, so no complaints there. One thing I noticed was that no one checked in to see if I needed the room cleaned during my stay. It would also be nice if they offered some kind of breakfast option. The shower pressure could definitely be better, and having an exhaust fan in the bathroom would help a lot."

"We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Head of the Pond in Water Mill, and I cannot say enough about the experience, particularly the care and attention brought by Monika, the owner. We stayed in the two-bedroom cottage by the pond, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is operated at a level far beyond a typical bed and breakfast. The cottage was in pristine condition—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a fine hotel. Every detail felt intentional.
