Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. The bed was not as firm as we would have liked, but that's just a personal preference. Loved the hot tub. Great location

Pretty good overall. Nice thick concrete walls inbetween the rooms for noise cancellation. Rooms were big and had two bathrooms and a nice little kitchenette with a fridge. Bed was cozy and curtains were blackout. Only complaint is the couch’s could have been vacuumed more they had some dust and hair on them. But overall good and I would stay again

This resort was just perfect for us. Great location slightly off season with all amenies perfect for a couple. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our second visit to Cape Cod from the UK would definitely recommend. Friendly on the budget too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area. Very clean. And the rooms were set up very comfortably. We would definitely stay here again. We consider it our Cape Cod home now.

Really nice place to stay

This is an excellent hotel fir a vacation with a well-maintained pool, beautiful views of the river in the back and harbor in the front, a fitness room, a playroom with billiards, video games, board games and a TV, a large deck with a terrific view of the river, and outdoor sitting and eating areas. The staff was responsive and helpful. Only drawbacks: pool closed a little early, at 8, and no elevator.

Awesome Place!

Awesome place mid-cape! We got a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo and it was awesome. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Riverview Resort by VRI Americas South Yarmouth, MA continues to impress me. I have stayed there for family summer vaction time and as an oasis during a business-related trip. It is a fantasitic place, professionally run and operated, peaceful, clean and the set-up could not be better no matter the unit you occupy. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel resort!

True Cape Cod experience!!

Wonderful experience! Great customer service! Amazing view of the marina! All the kitchen amenities were very convenient. Refrigerator and freezer, coffee pot and toaster. Wow!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. The one bedroom’s also included two full bathrooms. And a balcony off the family room and one off of the bedroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (soft, not firm). The resort also has a community room with a pool table, tv / couch area, and a kitchen area with two stoves/ovens and larger refrigerators. The resort was full the week we were there, however the rooms are very well insulated as you didn’t hear the other guests. The parking was very convenient as well. The location of the resort in Yarmouth gave us the ability to easily visit other areas on the Cape as well. Looking forward to going back to this resort. Note - this resort is two levels, and only has stairs (no elevator). Not an issue for us, however wanted to note it for anyone with issues with stairs.

Our stay at the Riverview was the perfect kick off to a great Cape Cod vacation. We had a 2BR, 3 BA suite which also included a kitchenette, dining area and comfortable seating. Three flat screen TV’s. The lawn area behind our rooms accessible through screen doors, was beautifully manicured with Adirondack chairs where we sat and watched the boats sail up the inlet from the marina next door. There was a very nice playground for the kids and even a basketball hoop. Outside over the indoor pool was a nice roof deck with picnic table and chairs. Washers& dryers were available along with a game room and full kitchen. The front desk staff could not have been nicer. And very accommodating when I decided to extend our stay one night. Overall I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

We arrived after midnight, after the long drive from Boston it was wonderful to see they had restrooms available inside of the office to freshen up and all you have to do is pick up a phone and you are connected to someone who tells you exactly how to get your keys. What sold me on this property when I seen it on Expedia was the two bathrooms. It was wonderful for my husband and I to each have our own bathroom. The only issue was the dresser, it had an odd odor. I put my clothes in it and even the ones in plastic bags had absorbed the odor and I had to wash them and keep them in my suitcase. And the bedroom remote was so sticky because of the humidity I couldn’t touch it. But everything else was beautiful! We didn’t use the pool but it was really nice. The laundry room was really clean and always available. And while waiting on it you can play pool or other games they have in a very large room right down the hall. The bbq grill came in handy. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker that used pods but the old fashioned one wasn’t a dealbreaker. The grounds are beautiful. It was very quiet while we were there. Plenty of parking, we will return.

The room was big and very clean. The hotel is quaint and quiet. It does not have an elevator which could be an issue for some but we made it work. Overall a great place to stay. Very comfortable and inviting and we loved the amenities.
