"We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is close to all the amenities Appledore has to offer. It is an ideal base to discover North Devon, which is beautiful. The garden...

"The rooms were recently renovated and the beds were comfortable, out door pool was lovely maybe needs a bit of lovin but very nice, breafast was delicious and all staff were amazing would I return to this hotel absolutely. Thanks for a lovely stay guys 😊"

"Brilliant hotel. Spotlessly clean, ever so helpful and friendly staff. Best breakfast menu I've known as able to mix and match breakfast items from the menu. And when waiting for a taxi after having checked out, one of the staff who served breakfast offered me a small pot of tea whilst I was waiting. I will definitely stay at the Yeodale hotel again next time I travel to Barnstaple. "

"As per previous reviews, it could do with a refurb but for the cost, we feel it was good value for money. Great location, lovely views from our room and close to local shops and restaurants. One suggestion I would make is concerning the lack of available power sockets in the room. These could be changed out to combined usb and socket to allow the charging of phones and using the kettle/ hairdryer etc. quick fix. Parking was a bit confusing, it states that hotel has a limited car park...
