Excellent price/ value, fairly spacious but basic room with few furnishings, bathroom door oddly very narrow in my room! Very large hotel next to seafront and high street so good location and some free parking available in nearby streets. Would recommend as a budget-friendly option.

The hotel is very dated but it is a good price, its clean and in a good location. If your looking for somewhwhere cheap to stay and dont mind basic then its perfect.

The hotel was well placed for walking into Ilfracombe and the room was comfortable. As it was a large room the bed would be better to have been a king size as opposed to a double. The hotel obviously caters to bus trips and as such the dining was limited to the same, but the food was good and well cooked.

Friendly staff, great location for the museum, theatre, seafront and harbour. There is a bus stop right outside for Barnstaple for shopping. We asked if we could have a ground floor room when we booked and that was what we were given. The bathroom was large and very clean. We had to leave early as our granddaughter was unwell and the night staff were very helpful. We would stay in this hotel again. Only downside was the decor was a bit tired in our room.

This was our 4th visit and as usual the standard was good Nice friendly helpful staff. Clean spacious room and bathroom with nice shower. The hotel offers breakfast and evening entertainment but we had other things booked. A nice reasonably priced hotel at a convenient location. Would recommend

Staff were great. My room was a good size ( I had a double room). Curtain was hanging off one side. Shower curtain was also hanging off. Shower was broken, so I could not put it up higher on the pole. Bath mat had mould on the underside of it. Breakfast was nice, with a varied choice of food.
