"Nice, clean, and just renovated room. Nice front desk host. Just on beach"

"Modern"

"Small room, no closets, ants, extremely loud music from outdoor bar across the street (asked specifically if it would be loud, because of location next to road, was told "no its quiet"). Loud music from 9 or 10 pm to 2 pm. Then cars/motorcycles racing up and down road. Desk person was only there until 4 pm, so no help there. Requested my money back and they said "no, you stayed the whole night". Where were we supposed to go. Have been waiting on refund confirmation from General Manager. ...

"Housekeeping ladies were wonderful! Kristin at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We were very impressed!"

"Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet. "The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. "
