"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "

"Just an overnight while going to the pleasure beach. Hotel was ideal location for south promenade and pleasure beach. Hotel lovely, clean and cosy room. Nice breakfast. Would return "

"Stayed with my wife for just one night away for our Anniversary. I must say this hotel was such a pleasant surprise and a true hidden gem. The care taken to provide a warm, comfortable experience with everything you could possibly need was amazing. The owners are very visible and helpful. The support staff were amazing. Breakfast made to order and so tasty. Could not recommend this place more highly. I would be very surprised if there is another hotel in Blackpool that comes close to it...

"Beach view"

"Really well located hotel on the south shore. Very nicely finished both inside and out and the added bonus of a car park on site ( payable) makes the stay even simpler. I did find the cost of the breakfast a little on the high side given the selection but as part of the overall experience, it is on par with the majority of the bigger chains. "
