"We had a great stay at this hotel! We had one issue which was that we got there and there was food still in the fridge. We called the front desk and they came up and cleaned it immediately and had a chat with housekeeping and offered us a new room or points on our IHG rewards account. Staff is super friendly and nice! Little snack area is really convenient and was really nice when you are hungry at night but don’t want to wait for food to be delivered. Breakfast was good every morning. Beds...

"The hotel is not in downtown Pittsburgh but good for my purpose. There is only one restaurant nearby. The hotel is getting a bit old. The room is good. The kitchen is equipped. Breakfast is typical."

"Location is excellent, lady in the front desk was super nice ,breakfast was below avarage they should definatly improve everything else was ok"

"The rooms were very clean!"

"Great location and Friendly staff!!"

"I had a wonderful experience staying in this suite! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was great, and the overall experience made my stay special. The breakfast was also delicious and fresh, which made the experience even better. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide phone chargers or charging cables for guests, as they would be a convenient addition. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again! Highly recommended!"

"Eric who works the front desk is the best employee I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible."

"Nice"

"Front desk ladies and gentlemen were very nice, held my golf bag for me & helped me out any chance they could while I was having car issues and was worried about leaving my car. Host at restaurant was nice, enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the views."
