"We had breakfast and it was very nice looking at the ball in the terrace. One of the receptionist was not very helpful, and they were extremely strict in the checkout, when I came to open my room to take my luggage exactly at 12 PM my keys didn’t work anymore. Some of the staff was very nice ,however, my room didn’t have lights on the sides of the bed, and the plugs didn’t work, the TV was not working.. "

"We chose this location due to its short walk to bayside and as a pre cruise stop. It was a perfect location. The room was fairly small but immaculate. The bed was electric and we would live one at home as it bc was great for sitting up. The shower was powerful and immaculate. I was a little worried from the pictures that the toilet would not be private but it was fine. The whole room worked really well. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice. The lifts were fast and the rooftop pool great. There was a bar by the pool serving food and signs were around showing happy hour specials. If we are able to return to Miami this will be our chosen hotel. We have previously stayed at the intercontinental which only scored more for the breathtaking views and was double the price."

"Just to much going on"

"As as I was laying in bed I saw a rat run across the floor I was terrified disgusting I called the the front desk and nobody answers so I had to sleep terrified it was going to be a rat running on my bed or something also the roomknos are full of mold it ruined a lot of my medicine I had two B12 tablets on the desk when I got up in the morning when I finally woke up and I finally fell asleep worrying about that rat they had swelled up cuz there's so much moisture in that room and the head lady that runs the desk she is not a nice lady at all I was sitting there and I could hear her talking about her employees how bad they are how bad they work and she doesn't even look you in the eye when she talks to you and they won't give me my money back is a very unpleasant stay at all but I couldn't get up in the middle of the night and go find somewhere so I had to suffer with worrying about a rat running around the the room"
