I booked here thinking it was at Stateline, which would’ve been perfect because we were going to Lake Tahoe for the Eric Church concert. It’s up the road from all the action, definitely not a short walk away, but for a fairly secluded location, it was nice. Since it’s right near Heavenly, it’s probably a great place to stay in the winter if you ski. We stayed in a King suite which was roomy, comfortable, and well- appointed. The front desk staff was helpful when we checked in/out. It’s valet-only which was a drag the next morning when it was time to check out. Everybody was lined up waiting to get their vehicles so maybe there should be more than two employees retrieving cars during that time. And it would’ve been nice if complimentary coffee/tea was available in the lobby we waited for our turn with the valets.

The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. Great pool, hot tub, steam room. Only on issue was the coffee shop was closed one day and the next time I went the register was down. Both were not a deal breaker. My family and I will be back to use this hotel again.

Pros: We like the room layout with a separate sitting area that has a day bed. It was a comfortable room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: bathroom door squeaked loudly- so we left it wide open to avoid waking everyone when using the bathroom at night. The shower floor was quite slippery, we were scared of slipping/falling...we had to be very cautious getting in and out of the shower. Shower edges did not look very clean otherwise everything else was clean. We would book it again. It is convenient location.

★★★☆☆ 3/5 — Decent stay, but housekeeping policy was disappointing The room itself was fine, but I was really let down by the cleanliness and service. There were no trash cans in the room, and the sheets were never changed during our stay. When I asked about it, I was told housekeeping only kicks in if you stay more than 5 days — which wasn’t mentioned at check-in and felt like a big gap for a hotel. For a shorter stay, this made things feel neglected rather than “low-maintenance.” I’d suggest the hotel at least communicate this policy upfront, or offer basic housekeeping (trash removal, fresh towels) regardless of stay length. Would consider staying again if this changes, but it’s a noticeable downside right now.

Valet parking is stupid because they dont offer on-site parking. Took forever. Hotel didn't offer a breakfast which sucked because you'd expect that for the price. Didnt offer any assistance in the way of attractions, place was small and far from the beach. Wouldn't recommend, won't return.

Everything was amazing, clean, large rooms to accommodate my family while in Tahoe. Only downside- when we were calling the hotel we were not able to reach anyone at any point. And our luggage took a little longer than expected to arrive in our room. We called several times to check when luggage would come to our room. Besides that all was amazingly.
