"Fridge was not cleaned when we checked in, and kitchen appliances and utensils are stained. Breakfast is mediocre compared with other marriot hotels."

"The room was amazing although I was disappointed that we had an obstructed view from our room balcony because of an overgrown tree. One day was ask for our room to be serviced only to come back and find it wasn't done. Overall it is a beautiful place."

"Todo limpio y muy tranquilo"

"A perfect place for my quick one night stay to attend a wedding at a nearby venue. Parking was convenient, bed very comfortable, room very clean, very quiet. Pretty good morning coffee was available at 6AM."

"Everything from service, to where to go for our anniversary dinner. The only thing I would say is the upkeep(maintenance)needs a little TLC. Great location, near EVERYTHING. Would definitely go back."

"Loved our 1 night stay here for our fall trip to New Hampshire. Coffee bar was great! Room was clean, well decorated and the goodie basket was a lovely touch. Back garden on the property is gorgeous!"

"Such an amazing resort! We loved every minute of our stay, and we can't wait to visit again."

"Incredible location. The spa is gorgeous. Highly recommend the restaurant however the wait staff is a bit green. Food was fabulous."

"Great place to stay. Nice and clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Everything was perfect. Definitely will book again."

"Nice older place overlooking the lake. Nothing special, but nothing wrong either."

"The property was nice and well maintained. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was good."

"Very well restored and maintained 18th century building. Very comfortable room and Samantha went above and beyond to meet our schedule, providing an early breakfast (delicious) for us. Top notch place to stay!"

"What a wonderful B&B in Meredith. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome on both days we were there. Nice room, comfortable bed and great amenities. Highly recommend."

"The sheets & towels were yellowed. Looked like they needed replacing or bleaching. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. Had to ask for spoon, forks & milk. They did get when we called number to ask for, as there was no one at desk at 9:30am. Better plan on going out for breakfast if you are hungry. Bathroom was clean & updated. 1 chair in room & it was dirty. No table, all though was plenty of room for one. No luggage rack hanging rack or dresser had to put luggage on the floor."

"The room and bed were reasonably adequate and clean, given the bargain price. The checkin staff was courteous and helpful. There was a person always present in the lobby but made no attempt to engage or be helpful even when there was nobody at the front desk. Breakfast was a pitiful few bagels, an open stick of butter seemingly meant to be shared among guests, with no even plastic knives for spreading (there were plastic spoons and forks). There was nobody around to request help."
