"I spent a night at Glo Best Western Hotel in the Bronx, New York City. It’s an excellent place to stay with your family. It’s in a good shopping center on the Southern Blvd. The 2 &5 Train station is just around the corner. They have parkin’ nice staff, clean and spacious room for breakfast. They only need to adjust their bath though clean. I recommend this hotel to every traveler who needs a place to spend a day or days in the Bronx. I enjoyed the place."

"I enjoyed my stay, nice decor and clean room, comfortable bed, very nice hotel , beautiful decor and clean.The staff was courteous, polite and professional upon my arrival and departure.Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was light and good , maybe there can be some more hot items. I would definitely stay at The Opera House Hotel again. Thank you all for a pleasant stay."

"This is a basic property. Virtually no lobby and nominal amenities. That said- Bed was comfortable and clean as was bathroom with a nice sized shower and good rain head. Hair dryer, iron and board and hangers all provided. But property is getting a little worse for wear. broken furniture in lobby, scuffed walls in room. Be warned the luggage locker/closet they have FILLS UP by mid-morning and then you are S.O.L. storing luggage. If you are checking out and need to store belongings highly...

"The staff was helpful and friendly, but the hotel was very rundown. The carpets were aged, worn, and stained. The wallpaper was torn and faucets were pullling away from the bathroom wall."

"VERY SMALL rooms :) but clean and almost new I guess. Bedding are important for me and they did a great job with that. Towels also were at an acceptable state. The only thing was the room didn’t have a luggage rack. I bet people leaving their luggage on the bed is not something either side wants (bedbug spread/bedding wear and tear…) Shower head could be better, it had a fixed setting of five large openings that wasn’t great for showering in that small space.
