"Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. A very basic breakfast is available at any time for travelers, not just a few morning hours. The hotel was clean and bright. As a female traveling solo, it felt safe and secure. "We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental."

"This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The floor needed to be vacuumed and we were offered a vacuum to do it ourself. The refrigerator didn’t work. From the moment we got into the room my elderly grandmother was coughing and couldn’t stop until we checked out and left. We were in the room for 15 mins and checked out!!! Thankfully we were refunded all of our money so we could find somewhere else to stay."
