"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings and being able to open the windows in my room for some fresh air. The location was also excellent, with easy access to walking paths as well as several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and ordered the 1833 salad, which was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay."

"Costa coffee machine"

"The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Good stay tnx"

"Clean and it has a friendly professional staff!"

"Staff good"

"I would have left a better review but apparently the housekeeper did not do a good enough job of cleaning the room beforehand so that when my friend and I left they charged us for smoking in the room because of some residue on the tv stand left over by a previous tenant. At least, those were the pictures I was sent when I called to inquire about the charge. As a person who neither smokes tobacco nor marijuana I am wholeheartedly disappointed in what was initially a decent stay. I will not be...

"There is housekeeping only every other day starting two days after your arrival. Daily is available at no cost if you ask but nobody tells you that. There are no movie rentals. The staff was very helpful. The location is extremely convenient and close to main highways."

"Nice hotel"

"Chewed up candy next to the beds after switched to a second room. The first room had soaked carpets and smelled like mold and mildew. There were hairs all over the sink , and in the bathroom area. Absolutely disgusting. Toilet had urine on it, and I had to clean everything myself. NEVER will be staying at a quality inn."

"Rooms were clean and the staff was great"

"The breakfast was disappointing."

"Deluxe room chair uncomfortable and bathroom was very small. No information on WiFi or television channels"

"Great place to stay!! Very quiet."

"Santana row in Cleveland, plenty of shopping and restaurants close to the hotel. Parking is free at a nearby public garage. The rooms are clean and quiet. I love the location of this place."
