It was good , the staff was friendly , the room was clean ,the beds were really hard . I always enjoy the continental breakfast but the pancake machine was broken and it didn’t have as many choices as far as fruit , yogurt , muffins . It was pretty bare and we were there pretty early .

Everyone is always so friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool/hot tub is fabulous, and to top it off, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious (free btw too!). Good times

The hotel was neat, clean, and very convenient to our events in the Cleveland area. Staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was good and not the usual cereal and waffles. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size.
