Truly can’t say enough about this location. Everyone is always so friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool/hot tub is fabulous, and to top it off, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious (free btw too!). The hotel was neat, clean, and very convenient to our events in the Cleveland area. Staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was good and not the usual cereal and waffles. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size.
