Hotel was clean and staff are friendly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and can parking was convenient where you have a view of your vehicle in the parking lot. A bit of an obstacle getting back to the hotel and pitch dark, a little eerie.

Property was well maintained and staff was excellent. There was a defunct mall & Days Inn hotel nearby which made the area somewhat less appealing but the hotel itself was nice and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place for an overnight stop to and from our trip to New Jersey. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were up to date. Location is pet friendly with only a small pet fee which is appreciated. Designated Pet relief area is nice. Will definitely stay again

Everything about this property is great….except there is no recycling! The staff…wonderful. Debby checked us in and was just amazing. The room was clean, spacious and really nice. We will stay here again

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was full and fresh and staff was incredibly nice. The area was a little odd. Seemed like a lot of abandoned/empty buildings. We came in late at night, so that was a little creepy!

There were alot of abandoned buildings around the property. It was tucked back in a corner so i made sure to park in the front of the building. The shower in the room had mold so i wore my shoes. And the chairs had stains. The service was fast and friendly.

The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast in the morning was better than I expected. What I didn’t like is there isn’t daily housekeeping and even when I requested it they didn’t change the bed sheets or even make the bed. I ended up staying for multiples days and it would have been nice to have daily housekeeping.

It really wasn't bad other than other guests complaining about it being too loud at 10:00 at night on a Friday kind of weird to me but there was a lot of old people staying at the hotel they do like to go to bed early

This hotel was very disgusting and was hidden behind a huge abandoned hotel. It took us over 30 mins trying to find it our GPS had us circling the mall over and over again. So finding this off the highway is very difficult. The service was unimaginably unprofessional we stood for over 3 to 5 mins and my husband even seen the man back behind the door on his phone . He had to whistle to even get his attention. He then walks over very short with me and says what do you need? Never a hi, how are you ?welcome to the Hamton Inn and suites how man i help you today. Highly recommend anyone to find a different hotel near the area.
