Beautiful Hotel yet not a 5 Star. With a 3 night four day stay, we had no running water the first night and no hot water the second night. There was no electricity the second day from 8am-4pm. Something that all the town experienced which the hotel had no control of but perhaps they could look into ...

When we arrived, the hotel had a problem with power but they upgraded us at mayaland hotel a short drive away and it was a wonderful hotel in the jungle with huge pool and a half dozen peacoks adorning the premisses. The stay was wonderful!!! Staff was super attentive!!!
