Godt hotel. Har været der for anden gang. Rent, gode værelser, super morgenmad og venlig og hjælpsom personale. Beliggenhed perfekt.
Suosittelen!

Hotel was great value. Breakfast good. Location is in centre of town. Dining room has 1920's theme and has a good feel. Rooms are a little bit tired but overall great value for money. Enjoyable stay.
Pokoje wygodne i czyste.
W okolicy liczne sklepy, kawiarnie, piekarnia.
Wygodne łóżka z miękkimi materacami; dostęp do tv satelitarnej.
Sosnowiec being bereft of hotels, this one right by the station is a godsend, with great staff, a decent restaurant and terrace bar, even the best ice cream in town. Comfortable, with working WiFi and English-language news channels on TV, it's a great choice on a main, pedestrianised street. Nice decor, too, either individual art or signed photos of notable actors, with a classic, retro touch.
It is a very nice hotel with excellent breakfast in the heart of the city. However, the room I received was on the 2nd floor and it was facing the Modrzejowska street. I had difficult time to fall asleep because of the noise, singing, and shouting coming from the street until 4am on weekends and 1am or 2am during weekdays. I could not close the windows because the room did not have AC and it was too hot outside and inside. The room was very small. The fire and smoke alarm installed on the ceiling was blinking every 5 seconds or so.
The location of this hotel is convenient to the train station, and many restaurants and shops. The staff were attentive to requests and rooms were cleaned well on a daily basis. My room was on the courtyard side facing the restaurant. The music from the restaurant was quite audible from the room especially when the windows were open. Although the restaurant does not stay open too late. Nevertheless, I will choose this hotel again the next I am in the area.
Surprisingly good hotel experience in Sosnowiec. Just few years ago there was no real choices hotelwise.
The start of our stay there was a bit 'rocky'. We didn't get amenities that were shown on their web page. After a short conversation with reception, we got sincere apologies and the promised 'goodies'. Yet, I think somebody who accepts the room without checking what he/she is getting, might be 'shortchanged'. Also, we wish the reception people would smile more :)
The room consisted of two areas. One for sitting and relaxing, the other for sleeping. The room was not too big and a bit awkwardly arranged. On the web page, you see a room with a queen bed that we preferred. So, we were surprised that we got two beds.
The bath in the room is large, one could say almost too large. It takes up the space from the living areas. We understand that the hotel is located in the old buildings, renovated and changed into hotel. However, the space could have been used more conveniently.
The room didn't have AC. We have no idea, how hot it gets in there during the summer.
There is a restaurant called 'Warszawska' in the hotel, where they set up a breakfast buffet. The fare is a typical hotel breakfast, plus good Polish food, some salads, very tasty bread and bakery goodies, sweet pastries.
We would highly recommend hotel's restaurant 'Warszawska' for dinner. Very elegant place, really exceptional food.
Overall, our stay there was very nice.
They charge for late check-out!
